Tip #9: Get (or set) your annual physical.
It can make such a big difference in your current health – and even inform how well you age in the years ahead!
There are a number of health screenings such as mammograms and PSA tests, that are important to have at age 50 or older (sometimes earlier depending on your risk factors.
To receive the care that is best for your individual needs, make sure you have a regular doctor to track your health history and conduct your physical exam and tests.
