In so many ways we say 'thank you'.

Behind the scenes of this amazing collective is a big heart and we opened this up to everyone who attended our Women on The Rise celebration.

Thanks to our Diamond members, Maree Gooch and Karyn Lisignoli, who stepped into our Leadership arena and took key roles. We love to see our Diamonds sparkle!

And, what an inspiring panel of three women on the rise! We listened intently, laughed out loud and felt the joy as you shared stories of courage, challenge and success.

I am sure you'd agree that the incredibly motivating "Oprah" style questions bought out the best in these incredibly talented business women. Thank you again to Karyn who crafted the interviews.

The most outstanding nominee and winner of the Sapphire Membership and Globetrotter travel voucher was Kalyn Fletcher. As an "unearthed gem from the Kimberley" we congratulate Kalyn and acknowledge her values, her determination and her ability to juggle two complex family businesses. She has driven opportunities and overcome the challenges of being in a remote location. Kalyn is a strong voice for the entire Ord River region and a great role model for every business owner.

Our fabulous Pearl member recipients also become a dynamic part of our collective in 2017. Congratulations to Jay Crisp Crow and Alison Balch.
