It's that magical time of the year again -- when we ask for the GIFT OF DANCE from our family, friends, and supporters!
This year we are inviting you to CHOOSE YOUR IMPACT by supporting one of three programs:
Laboratory of Movement: Dedicated to bringing arts education to under-served youth in schools and community centers, we believe every child should have access to artistic expression and physical fitness.
This year we have expanded programming to include Arts and Healing at the VA Medical Center and work with aging populations at Twin Towers. Watch a video here about this programming.
Pones in Public: Using dance as a non-traditional form of exercise and movement to bring accessible art and physical activity to neighborhoods, we help people see public spaces - and those inhabiting them - in different ways. Watch a video here about this programming.
Productions: Support dance for social change as Pones Inc. partners with local social justice organizations and uses movement for advocacy. Productions happen two to three times a year, and in 2017 we are gearing up for LIVE Dirty Dancing with the Esquire Theatre in February and a collaboration with Pam Kravetz, sharing stories from immigrants in Cincinnati.
Monthly Mover: We are really hoping to activate more Monthly Movers. This means that you schedule your $10 per month donation to occur automatically . It's like NPR's program and makes donating easy and habitual.

Amahl and the Night Visitors
with Madcap Puppets, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, and Xavier University
Music, mischief and miracles combine in this production of Gian Carlo Menotti’s Christmas chamber opera Amahl and the Night Visitors – the tale of the shepherd boy Amahl, his mother and their miraculous, life-changing encounter with the Three Wise Men.
