Late last week, WVDEP withdrew its rule to revise water quality standards. Over 1,680 comments and letters were sent by clean water supporters, like you, to show that the public will not stand for rollbacks to water protections.

We deserve to congratulate each other on this success, but we expect industry attacks on Category A protections to show up during the legislative session in February. Please keep paying attention and speaking up because it’s clearly making a difference!
