Cookie Program Basics Training Going On Now!
New Volunteers: Don’t miss out on Cookie Program Basics, happening now! This live webinar will give new Troop Product Managers (TPMs) an introduction to the Cookie Program. All volunteers are welcome.

New This Year: Cookie University for Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors!
Calling all Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador troops! Join us for the Des Moines Cookie Kick-Off for an all new program just for you: Cookie University. You’ll join industry experts to learn how to perfect your sales techniques, marketing strategy, and business plan know-how.
Each 30-minute session will include hands-on activities that will have you building your Cookie Portfolio which you will leave with at the end of the day. Don’t worry, there will still be time for skating, games, and autographs, too. Register today!

Intro to Snap+: How to Update Your Information
To make the Cookie Program go smoothly, it’s essential that your contact information and troop bank account details are up-to-date within Snap+, our online management system for the Cookie Program.
Troop Product Manager (TPM) Snap+ login information will be sent out tomorrow for those TPMs who have submitted the Troop Volunteer Agreement Form indicating their role. After tomorrow, troop uploads will occur on a weekly basis. The website for Snap+ is abcsnap.com. Please watch for an email from noreply@abcsnap.com. (Tip: make sure to save noreply@abcsnap.com as a ‘Safe Sender’ in your email.) When you login to Snap+ the first time this year, you will automatically be prompted to do the following:
- Update your contact information.
- Enter your bank account information. (Required before a troop places any orders.)
- Make any changes to your proceeds plan based on your troop’s grade level and goals.
If you need to update your information after your first login, simply click on the My Troop tab in Snap+ and then select Edit Troop Information from the drop down menu!
