Happy holidays from the SNAP team!

New Resource Guide launches
for Toronto parents

Produced for Toronto families and those working with children in the middle years (ages 6-12), our new Resource Guide contains information about the SNAP program, tips for healthy child-parent relationships and resources in the city of Toronto.

To request copies, please contact Kathryn Black. We are also happy to share design files with affiliate sites that would like to produce something similar for their community.

When people look at me, they see a bully. A delinquent. A problem. #whatdoYOUsee?

“People see all these things. But they don’t see me. My name is Kevin.
And I can be more than this.”
We recently launched our new SNAP videos featuring Kevin (above) and Emma, two children exemplifying what it's like to live with the stigma of disruptive behaviour problems.

You may have seen Kevin's public service announcement on HGTV, W Network, City Toronto, YTV and dozens of other channels--it ran on national television networks over the past few months.

Thank you to Cossette, a LEAP: Centre for Social Impact venture philanthropy business sector partner, for producing this important video series. We also thank cairns oneil strategic media inc. for facilitating the pro-bono television spots.
