Portsmouth Public Library- Our 10th Building Anniversary celebrations will wrap up on December 10 with two features: 8-16 year olds can sign up for a MAGIC WORKSHOP with the amazingly talented Norman Ng, and all ages will enjoy his MAGIC SHOW.
