The Bevell's Hardware Store Train Display will be running in its 39th year in 2016. As one of the largest train displays on the east coast, the model train display is currently open and remains open until the second Sunday in January. (Closed Christmas Day.)

Quick Christmas Tip - Place a stick of cinnamon, 5-6 whole cloves, several slices of orange, lemon, or grapefruit in a small saucepan with water and simmer. Remember to add water as needed. Your house will smell like the holidays!

Gifts from The Grey Swan Kitchen!
Velveeta Fudge
This recipe makes 6 lbs of fudge.. perfect to give as gifts!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Velveeta or other brand processed cheese
1 lb butter or margarine
1 cup cocoa
1 T vanilla4 lbs powdered sugar, sifted
1-2 cups chopped nuts

|
Directions:
Melt cheese and butter slowly over medium low heat. Remove from heat. and add cocoa and vanilla.
Add nuts, and then add powdered sugar. Mix well. You may need to put on a disposable glove to mix in the last pound of powdered sugar by hand. Put fudge in two 9x13 pans or equivalent large pan.
Refrigerate.
