Library Strategic Plan for 2017-2018

We are pleased to introduce the San Rafael Public Library’s new strategic plan to help us improve services for you over the next two years. This plan was put together as a result of a community survey, demographic and library use data analysis, and library staff brainstorming.
In addition to new goals to work on for the next two years, we have a new mission statement too: “Engage, empower, and enrich our community through innovation, imagination, and inspiration.
Read through our 2017-2018 Strategic Plan and let us know if you have questions or comments.
