Wellbeing News

What an exciting week it has been. Congratulations to our amazing Grade Six students graduating this evening. I know you have so much for which to be proud and I join with our whole school community in celebrating you and wishing you all the very best for your future adventures, learning and growing. We look forward to still getting to say hello every now and then as you begin your secondary education.  It was great to see students at the Blue Light Disco showing us their dance moves and learning some new moves as Caitlyn and the team performed and got everyone involved. A great atmosphere made for a lot of fun. I hope you were able to make it to Mooroopna's Christmas Carols and enjoy an evening of fantastic entertainment on the lawn. I was so pleased to see our talented Mooroopna Primary School students up on stage. And how wonderful to see our very own Mrs Keller with the band entertaining us throughout the evening. Well done!

May you experience a wonderful Christmas time with family and friends, relaxing and delighting in life's simple joys. Don't forget to check out the many local family church services and celebrations around town leading up to Christmas Day and into the new year.

See you around & Merry Christmas,

 Ros

Weekly eSmart Tip
Spam:
Spam is a generic term used to describe electronic 'junk mail' - unwanted messages sent to your email account or mobile phone. The content of spam messages can vary from promoting products or services to offensive or fraudulent material. Some can also spread computer viruses. You and your child can reduce the amount of spam that is received by: limiting how often you share your email addresses and mobile numbers, using spam filtering software, checking terms and conditions when you purchase products, and not enter competitions or register for services or email newsletters online. If in doubt about the legitimacy of a website, call the organisation it claims to represent. The SCAMwatch website provides further advice on how to identify and report potential scams.
