Dear Members and Friends,

It is a special privilege to have been elected as President following our AGM on 22 November 2016. I would like to thank the Immediate Past President, Lee-May Saw and outgoing Executive Committee members for their valued contributions to WLANSW in 2016: Theresa Power, Talitha Fishburn, Deb Langton, Natasha O’Halloran, and Margaret Holz and Kate Simpson.  In particular, I am extremely grateful for the efforts of Theresa Power who spearheaded over a dozen events in 2016 and also Margaret Holz who cultivated the excellent relationship with Australian Women Lawyers that WLANSW now enjoys.  I congratulate each member of the newly elected Executive Committee for 2016-2017 and look forward to working with you all to achieve great things in 2017. Please click here to view details of the new Executive Committee.
