PETITE RAINBOW CARROT is looking in good shape next week chef !

Hi Everyone,

The silly season is well underway and we would like to congratulate all the Petite Bouche family of chefs for keeping a cool and smashing out awesome food. GIVE YOURSELF A PAT ON THE BACK CHEF, you only have a few more weeks to go.

All lines are short in supply unfortunately, demand is huge and we are doing our best to fill orders. We are confident that once our new Queensland farm kicks off in the middle of January it will resolve all shortages for 2017 and beyond.

The best days for supply of the Petite Bouche range are Monday’s Wednesday’s and Fridays, these are the day’s we receive the produce from the farm in to the Sydney market and we often sell out on these days.

LOOK OUT FOR OUR PETITE BOUCHE CHEFS TABLE VIDEO NEXT WEEK .....
Back in November we brought together 40 of Sydney's best chefs. We will be sharing some interviews and clips from the event in the upcoming weeks. Stay tuned.

Whilst you wait, have a dribble over the slow cooked lamb by Ian Oakes at Drake Eatery. Finished with some Export Fresh micro Nasturtium leaves.
