2016 has once again been a year of success and increasing business for MoveRoll. Several MoveRoll conveyors, Zero Energy Receivers and Braking Pads have been installed and assembled in various mills, located e. g. in Finland, USA, South America, South Africa, and Germany. Worth mentioning is also the successful start-up of the second Winder Deck in October. 2016 has also been the year, when we started to increase our focus on the European markets; we are delighted to say that we have found goods partners to cooperate with us.

Latest MoveRoll video
Here, you can find our latest video. It shows how a combination of a MoveRoll Zero Energy Receiver and MoveRoll Braking Pads make roll handling on the winder deck significantly more safe. After the rolls are ejected from the winder, the two lines of Braking Pads placed on the deck lower the roll speed and the cushions of the Zero Energy Receiver absorb the kinetic energy of the rolls. As a result, the roll settling time becomes shorter and the roll handling process becomes smooth and efficient...Watch Here

We are delighted to welcome Paolo de Campo, the owner of D-Techpaper, as our sales agent in Italy. Paolo has strong experience from the pulp and paper industry. Having worked both in Italian paper mills, e. g. as Technical Manager and Maintenance Manager, and at pulp and paper machinery suppliers, e.g. as Technical Sales Manager and Sales Manager, Paolo has a very good understanding of both sides of the business. In summer, our new project engineer Atte Laine joined MoveRoll team. Atte is involved in designing project layouts, production of MoveRoll roll handling solutions and help MoveRoll to continue to develop innovative roll handling solutions. In June 2016, Jonis Mahmutllari has been appointed as Area Sales Manager for Europe. Jonis has been part of MoveRoll’s sales and marketing team since May 2012. During the last years, Jonis has for example been present at MoveRoll’s exhibition booths at fairs in Europe. Jonis will visit customers and potential new partners in Europe, prepare offers and quotations, and be the first contact person for all questions from our customers and partners in Europe.
