PS SIMON ENG'S CHRISTMAS MESSAGE
Hi, HIM family! It is the end of the year, and it is also Christmas time! I would like to take this opportunity to greet all of us and wish all of us a wonderful joyous Christmas. Celebrate this Christmas time together!
What can we look forward to? I look forward to having a restful time. It is a time whereby so many things have been done through the year, and so now that we have come to this period, I just want to be able to take this time to rest, to relax, spend time with the family, spend time with the church members, spend time with friends, and just relax for this season.
REST. I hope that you find that wonderful rest for yourself too. Slow down, and have some time to rest.
What else can we look forward to? Many people in our groups and our congregation are looking forward to reaching out to new people. It is a wonderful time to share about the message of reaching out. After all our Saviour Himself came down to earth to reach out to us, so that we can come back to the family of God. I pray that as all of us desire to reach out to many of our friends and to the people whom we care for, those who do not yet know about this real message of Christmas – I pray that this will be a wonderful time to reach out and impart and share this wonderful story of our Saviour.
I pray that many of whom we reach out to will come to know Him in their lives as well, and find a wonderful Christmas and a new beginning with God.
What else? Besides that I also pray that we too will be refreshed in this season. As we celebrate, as we enjoy, as we meet new people, as we reach out to new people and carry out new activities – I pray that deep within our spirits we will be refreshed. I am looking forward to be refreshed as well, because with that comes 2017 not long afterwards. We are looking forward to have a stronger 2017 with God. We are looking forward to be refreshed, so that we can really bounce up with the Lord and look forward to 2017.
Brothers and Sisters in HIM Family, I greet you all with joy. I look forward to seeing you all in the new year.
