Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Randwick Botany Cycling Club Inc. will be held on:

The business of the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Randwick Botany Cycling Club is as follows:
AGENDA
ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. Minutes of the 2015 Annual General Meeting to be confirmed
2. Receipt of reports:
a) That the President’s report be received.
b) That the Treasurer’s report be received.
3. Election of Office Bearers of Committee:
a) Election of President
b) Election of Vice-President
c) Election of Treasurer
d) Election of Secretary
4. Election of three (3) ordinary members of the Committee
SPECIAL BUSINESS
5. That the Constitution of Randwick Botany Cycling Club in the form presented to the Annual General Meeting be adopted as the Constitution of the Club in substitution for and to the exclusion of the Club’s existing Constitution. View proposed constitution
Note: This special resolution is necessary so that the Club complies with the new Associations Incorporation Regulation 2016 which commenced on 1 September 2016.
Note: A general discussion will be held at the close of the AGM and all members are encouraged to attend and contribute.
The AGM will be followed by the annual Christmas Party and presentations!
