GQR Congratulates the Human Rights Campaign on the North Carolina Governor's Race

 

Greenberg Quinlan Rosner congratulates the Human Rights Campaign for its efforts to unseat North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory, who conceded on December 5th, 2016. McCrory lost his seat largely due to his promotion of the discriminatory HB-2 bill. A post-election survey conducted by Greenberg Quinlan Rosner showed that 62 percent of North Carolina voters oppose HB-2 and that the bill was the leading reason why voters opposed McCrory. The Human Rights Campaign played a critical role in this election, calling McCrory out specifically for promoting HB-2.
