Developing People - Improving Care
As part of our work on the national improvement and leadership development board, we’ve co-developed a new resource: Developing People - Improving Care
Published by NHS Improvement, this evidence-based national framework aims to guide action on improvement skill building, leadership development and talent management for people working in the health and care system.
The framework focuses on helping NHS and social care staff to develop 4 critical capabilities:
- systems leadership
- established quality improvement methods
- inclusive and compassionate leadership
- talent management.
In this short video, members of the national improvement and leadership development board, including our Deputy Chief Executive, Gill Leng, describe their vision for the future.
You can find out more on the NHS Improvement website and join the conversation on Twitter at #AllLeadAllCare
