ESIF New Call: Low Carbon
Thames Valley Berkshire LEP is pleased to announce a new round of European funding opportunities has opened up for organisations in the Thames Valley Berkshire area to support low carbon projects.
To provide more information on the details of the Call, a series of workshops are being held:
Introduction - 7 Feb 2017, Civic Offices, Reading
Overview of guidance on eligibility, possible application themes and potential collaboration/partnerships.
Graham Watt, European Structural Funds Programme Manager at Department for Communities and Local Government, will be presenting.
Renewable Energy - March 2017
Presentations on renewable energy in Berkshire, areas for potential ESIF support, developing renewable energy business models, innovation in the sector and potential projects.
SME Energy - May 2017
Key challenges for SMEs, including available funding sources, improving competitiveness in SMEs through carbon reduction, working with landlords, metering and monitoring performance, innovative and whole building approaches and potential projects.
Public Sector and Housing - June 2017
Key challenges, improving efficiency, integrating renewable energy into refurbishment projects, retrofit, improving thermal comfort, reducing carbon emissions from public sector housing, monitoring behavioural change and potential projects.
