Today begins Mercury's official retrograde as we close out this Gregorian year and open a new one. With Mercury being retrograde this is an excellent time to revise, reinvigorate and renew any and all creative projects. Mercury retrograde also offers us time and space to dive deep into our relationships and our health.
This is not the time to sign legal documents and if you must--read, reread and read again before you sign. In fact before you send any email read it at least three times before you send away. Back up your technology, buy warranties, etc. And also check yourself~ when things run amuck don't blame it all on Mercury. Allow it to be an opportunity to see where you are being nudged to grow. This is actually a beautiful way to end such an intense year like 2016. We have space for reflection and renewal.
Winter Solstice is this Wednesday, the shortest day and the longest night of the year. In the Celtic Wheel of the Year Winter Solstice is the New Moon of the year.
This is a powerful time to connect deeply with the Earth. Put your ear to the ground. What is calling your soul? What is stirring deep within? What is ready to be birthed? What are you ready and willing to let go of?

With Jupiter in Libra until September 2017 we are being urged to collaborate through our work and our creative ideas. This is a wonderful time to join force with others and even to consider collaborating with people who you may not usually work with.
Jupiter is a jolly and benevolent planet that likes to make things bigger and brighter. With Jupiter in Libra we are being asked to expand into those places of partnership, alliances, diplomacy, seeking balance and cooperation. If you apply this to your work, whether you have a business or a creative passion, you are likely to be well rewarded. Especially when you create with pure intention and devotion!
I believe this Jupiter in Libra is also asking us to lay down the foundation of collaboration and cooperation that is necessary in the Aquarian Age, this Age of Truth. We have just entered this 2,160 year old age on 11/11/11, so each year is like another centimeter forward. The Aquarian Age is all about building bridges and alliances in a humanitarian and loving way that serves all.
