Decision Making

The free will that God gives us allows us the freedom to make our own choices.  The average adult makes hundreds, if not thousands of conscious decisions every day!  Each choice we make has consequences, both good and bad.  And the consequences of our choices add up over time.  Thankfully our God is a redeeming God – even of our poor choices.  But whether we’re deciding what to eat, what to purchase, what to believe, how to vote, who to date, or how to spend our time – we all have a desire to make wise choices.  In this month’s issue of The Learning Leader we explore some of the common mistakes we all make as well as some guiding principles to consider when making nearly any decision, big or small.

Make sure to also check out the ALLC’s recommended leadership resources of the month, as well as the upcoming leadership schools, trainings and events both online and throughout Asia.
