The NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and Hester Street Collaborative have launched CreateNYC, New York City’s first-ever comprehensive cultural planning process. And NOCD-NY is excited to be a partner. The Manhattan workshop, Dec 20 from 6-8:30pm at Harlem Stage, is the third in a series of borough-wide workshops to build our understanding of New Yorkers’ priorities.
