4121 Franklin Pike, Nashville, TN
The weeks leading up to the Preview Party, consisted of many late nights on the jobsite, and a huge effort from our entire team- hence evening McDonalds and cervezas for the guys on several occasions. Though the house is not yet complete, we wanted to Preview the home to the community during the holiday season, before the dead of winter. This home is very historical, and many Nashvillians, especially in the music industry, had attended a party or played music here at some point in decades past. It was the home of most obviously, Tammy Wynette & George Jones, but also The Scruggs Family, and Hank Williams. I have had the family of Tammy Wynette walk through the house as well while we were under construction, and her daughter loved the renovation.
The week leading up to launch…
Sod going in, that thankfully we were able to find- all the sod in Tennessee had been bought-up because of rains, so we were lucky enough to find a canceled order…
Appliances going in, to the dismay of my cabinet guy…
Jose – the absolute best contractor a girl could ask for…
Some pics from the party night, more to come after back from photographer…
The dream team.
Overall it was a successful preview, and we continue to handle final details to get the home ready for market; we already have a lot of interest.
In the meant time, Happy Holiday season to everyone!

Napa, California
This is the latest project by Exclusive Holdings LLC – located amongst the vines in Napa Valley, it also, very appropriately for the holiday season, boasts a Christmas Tree Farm! I visited the site last week and was absolutely mesmerized by it’s charm. It is a historical piece of land in Napa, and you can almost feel the joyful memories that have taken place here as you walk it. Set amongst the vines, Christmas Trees, and water, it makes for a most peaceful, yet luxurious restort-like home. To make friends with the community, we are hosting a Christmas Tree give-away! (See attached invite if you are in the area). We have began digging to test soils…
Here are the before pictures of this estate. Unfortunately, the main house is unsalvageable with it’s awkward floor plan, so it we will be recycling materials and demolishing. While we await final permits of the main house, we are remodeling the guest house. The main house will be a modern design with a sale price over $10m. Just imagine…
