Christmas Boxes The Christmas Box work party is this Saturday, December 17 at 9 a.m. All are welcome to come help sort and wrap. Then on Sunday at 9 a.m. boxes are packed. Boxes will be ready to deliver after church at 11:30 a.m. this Sunday, December 18. If you would like to help deliver contact Kelley, 503.944.9811.
The Longest Night A service of solace will be held on Wednesday, December 21 at 7 p.m. This candlelit evening prayer service will feature Taizé music and opportunities to hold up the light in the darkness.
Christmas Eve Family worship at 3:30 p.m.; Candlelit Worship at 11 p.m. Will your favorite Christmas hymn be sung? Come and find out!
Christmas is on a Sunday!? Gather in Schmidt Hall on Sunday, December 25, for a family service of scripture and carols. Coloring during worship highly encouraged.
Baptism is a tangible reminder that God’s promises are for everyone. Please let Pastor Katie Pate know if you’d like to learn more about experiencing the sacrament of baptism for yourself and/or your children – all ages are welcome!
Inclement Weather Please do not risk life and limb to come to church! On school days, MPC follows the North Clackamas School District: if schools are closed, church events are cancelled and the office is closed. On weekends, watch for TriMet’s announcements: if roads are bad enough for Milwaukie buses to be on snow routes, church will be cancelled. Check Facebook and email for updates.
