FEBRUARY 2017 / ISSUE 13

Hello,

Valentine's Day is this month and here at Pleasure Pie, we are full of pink and red and hearts! SO many hearts.

But Nicole, don't you see that our country is falling apart? Yes, and I am very concerned about that. I'm also hopeful because of how much I'm seeing people step up to resist Trump's power. I feel both of those things.

AND I also have a life-long love of Valentine's Day to indulge in, and I plan to soak up every drop of joy that I can get from that. Because self care.

If you need me, I'll be covering my life with pink and red doilies and heart-shaped bowls of sweets. And when I'm not doing that, I'll be brainstorming about how I can be most effective in protecting our human rights, and then making my best effort to do those things.

Sending you the support and joy you need to feel human while working hard to resist.
