Each year we create new flavors, inspired by ingredient availability or culinary progression. Some never see the light of day while others become new favorites. This past year we had at least two that really stood out and will be regulars on our flavor list. So with that, our favorite new flavors created introduced in 2016 were..........

What makes our hot chocolate so different and delicious? It's based on Mexican hot chocolate--dark with a touch of cinnamon and lots of love. Even with so much love it's not too sweet. ;-) Come get a cup on the next chilly night!

Kelsey Bowen's work is a dialogue between contemporary events and human memory stitched into an illustrative narrative. She explores the lives and emotions of children, both in her life and researched through the outside media in her work as conditions of childhood, dark humor, and the playful notions of youth are recurring themes in her pieces. "My tactile relationship with clay pushes the medium to pretend to be something it isn’t, creating an experience like childish make-believe that translates the clay into my surreal landscapes and stories," she explains.
