Dear Farmers Market Family & Foodie Friends,
2016 has been an exciting year of growth for our organization and with your end of the year gift, we will continue to work to grow farmers markets and local food in Illinois in 2017.
When you contribute to ILFMA, you help us:
- Make local food more accessible in Illinois.
- Access to fresh, local food impacts the health of the community and stimulates a community’s economic development and supports small to mid-sized producers.
- Expand Link/EBT (Illinois Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for low income households, also known as SNAP) acceptance at farmers markets, allowing people of all financial means to benefit from farmers markets.
- Provide training webinars, conferences and regional workshops for producers and market managers to ensure all partners have the tools for success.
Your tax deductible donation to IFMA will support local food, farmers markets and producers across Illinois. Together, we can make an impact in the health and economic vitality of our communities.
Together we can make a difference, Donate here.
Best Wishes for a Joyous and Prosperous New Year!
Sincerely,
Illinois Farmers Market Association
