'CHOREOGRAPHY AND CORPOREALITY'PUBLICATION - Inclusion of Junk Ensemble's Bird with Boy in Aoife McGrath's chapter 'Dancing the Downward Slide, Spaces of Affective Adjacency in Rian and Bird With Boy'
DANCE BASE, EDINBURGH RESIDENCY Jessica and Megan Kennedy of Junk Ensemble were in Dance Base on a residency to research two new works, Soldier Still and Dolores. The artistic directors taught company class and held an Artist Talk at the end of their residency.

2017 Junk Ensemble will present a new work in 2017 called Soldier Still.

A VERY LARGE THANK YOU FOR OUR 2016 TOURING Thank you to all our funders, and to the audiences, performers, musicians, producers, creators, designers, volunteers, choirs, technical crew and venue/festival staff that made Junk's touring possible in 2016.
It Folds toured to Mayfest Bristol and to Summerhall at Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2016. Bird with Boy toured to four venues in the U.K. from May-July 2016.
It Folds was funded by Culture Ireland, LÓKAL Festival Reykjavík and Fund-it supporters. Bird with Boy was funded by Culture Ireland and Arts Council of England. Sometimes We Break was funded by Modern Art Oxford.
