Thespian State Festival Registration
We have 26 people signed up for State Festival - out of 127 eligible to go to state
Here is what you need to know about State Festival:
- All students who participated in a judged event at the district level (IEs or one acts) are eligible to attend state as observers.
- State is four days or IEs, one acts, workshops, and MainStage performances. It is the best of the state.
- The festival is held right here in Tampa.
- It is the largest Thespian Festival in the world.
- This year, the festival takes place over our spring break.
- The dates of the festival are March 15 through 18, 2017.
- For safety purposes, students who want to go must go for all four days - all day.
- As with all thespian festivals, parents are not allowed to just show up. If you have an interest in going please let Mr. Paris know before the registration deadline if you would like to chaperone one or all days.
- Register by 12/25 by clinking on the registration link found on www.blaketheater.com
- The registration fee is $140
- You have the option of paying when you register, but you can be billed through charms as well (just close the window when it sends you to paypal).
- Registration fee due by 1/9/17.
- If you successfully registered, you should have received a confirmation email.
