Hello and welcome to my new Costo website for 2019! 

Back when I wrote my book, Living with Costochondritis in 2017, I never thought I'd actually have to live with it.  I honestly thought that it would just go away if I worked hard enough at it but I was wrong.  Now its my goal to not let it get in my way and help others too.  In this mailing list I will share with you a few times a year, anything I can that might be helpful.  And, I even may do a podcast as well.
