Back to work & unexpected happenings

Monday saw us back at the clinic. We had a great weekend and managed some sightseeing. At the clinic we had some surprise happenings!

One of our patients arrived in an ingenious wheelchair.

Day off tomorrow - will give me some time for contemplation.

Amazing place - so white and beautiful

A morning of surprises. First unexpected wedding celebrations and some dancing to drums.
Second an unexpected visitor in the unit. No one seemed perturbed by his presence!!
I am definitely adapting to the unique clinical environment .

This wheelchair certainly helps this patient get around.

Busy afternoon today and absolutely shattered. Some nasty ulcers today ... on women mainly! Feeling somewhat overwhelmed!
Day off tomorrow to regroup my thoughts.
