Readings are $20 for 15minutes.
Tea and coffee will be available ($1 per cup, please bring your own cup).

RELAXATION UNDER HYPNOSIS (with Alan Legault - certified hypnotist)

This weekly class will be a blissful blend of stress-relieving methods and relaxing exercises with group hypnosis at the heart of it. Come experience hypnosis and see how soothing it is and how refreshed you are when you come out of it. It'll be comprised of a group hypnosis session with a script that I'll have written as well as breathing exercises, a little bit of Reiki for good measure, some visualization techniques, some anchoring methods to be able to bring up all those good feelings in times of stressful situations, and an array of cool tips and tricks to add to your toolbox in order to enhance your life and reduce daily stress.

Welcome to the Open House. Meet with people from the hosted groups within the Rectory. See what students of CMS have done over the year and register for the Level 1 bilingual session starting February 5th (2-5pm every Sunday). See three 1-hr presentations from three different alternative healers. Enjoy tea from Thesaurus Tea.

MEDITATION 101 (with Robyn)

This workshop is offered to help you to find which method of meditation works best for you. As you can imagine there are dozens of different traditions and methods by which one can achieve a meditative state. These are but a few that I find interesting, and hopefully one of them will work well enough for you to practice it at home once this workshop is done. Methods explored will be: breathing meditation, candle meditation, guided imagery, earth rooting, color mediation, body awareness, Zazen, labyrinth tracing, and group energy sharing.
