Choose Your Guiding Word for 2017!

Do you find it hard to stick to New Year's resolutions? They're also not always easy to remember, as guess what they're new and haven't yet become a habit!!

I now prefer to opt for one single word to guide me through the year. I still set personal and professional goals too but using a single word helps me to sum up my focus for the next 365 days.
