Meeting of
Caribe Atlantic Area Leaders
and
General Conference of the Caribbean Leaders
Dan Irvine, Global Partners Area Director for the Caribe Atlantic Area, has requested a large base of focused prayer for a very strategic meeting planned for January 2017. The leaders of the districts in the Caribe Atlantic Area have been invited to meet with Rev. Joel Cumberbatch, General Superintendent, and members of the Board of Administration of the General Conference of the Caribbean. A closer connection between the General Conference of the Caribbean and the districts of the Caribe Atlantic Area is vital to the continued growth and development of that area.
Global Partners has blessed this initiative, and the meeting is scheduled for January 12-16. Ten leaders have been invited representing the countries of the Caribe Atlantic Area (Guyana, Haiti and Suriname). The objective of this meeting is to explore the possibility of all of these countries becoming part of the General Conference of the Caribbean.
Due to the significance of this meeting and its potential positive impact on the Kingdom and the International Wesleyan Church, it is sure to be the target of Satan's attacks. Please share this prayer request with your pastors and prayer groups. Let's intercede together for a mighty presence of God's Spirit on the preparations for this meeting and on the sessions and participants.
