Team Member Profile
Our December Coldwater Team Member is Brad Hardwood. Brad is the Director of Facilities and Maintenance for Coldwater.
Brad took a few minutes out of the busy holiday schedule to help us get to know him better.
Hometown: Crawfordsville, Indiana
Work/Education Experience Prior to CFG: Indiana Packers for the past 5 years, and I've been in food processing since 1999. I served in the US Air Force, have a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, and an MBA from Anderson University.
Average Day: My day currently consists of checking on construction progress at the site, interviewing candidates for maintenance positions, and ensuring all aspects of maintenance are in place prior to startup.
What I would like people to know about CFG: CFG is a great company along with great people to work with.
Why I'm excited to work with CFG: The opportunity to participate in CFG's collaborative culture and to startup a new plant.

Blue Star Moms - military mothers supporting active and veteran service members

While it's not as easy to see when you drive by the site with most of the progress happening inside the building, the Coldwater project continues to move along on schedule.
