The hard work recently paid off when we received our ISO 9001 Certification. This prestigious award for quality is an International Standard used worldwide as the benchmark for quality in service and customer care.

Impromptu Events
Starting February 26th and running until 18th June we are holding a number of events in both Stafford and London on the benefits of using interactive and experiential methodology in all areas of people development. We would very much like to meet with you and answer any questions you may have. There are two types of events:

Understanding Role Play
(If you are new to the methodology and would like to know how it can benefit you)
Demonstrations and discussion on the benefits of using professional role play to provide stimulating and complelling ways of learning.

Working With Role Play
(If you are already aware of the benefits and would like to get more from the role play experience)
Demonstations and discussion around the many interactive and experiential options available and how to get the most from your role play experience.

Our fabulous voice actor and long-standing professional role player with Impromptu, Sean Connolly, has just completed a 10-day run in what I can only describe as the cutest and truly interesting CBeebies programme Little Prairie Dogs.
