Best Wishes to all in 2017!

I want to begin by thanking all of you who sent me congratulations and good wishes for my upcoming move to the Jaffrey Public Library.  Sadly, this will be my last newsletter, but I plan to subscribe to this newsletter myself so I can see what's happening with your library!  A few people have expressed disappointment that I am leaving and concern about the future, but please remember, this has always been YOUR library, and I have always taken my cues from you.  I have every confidence that you will settle for nothing less than a fantastic library for Greenfield.
My last day is January 7th but until then, you may contact me any time with your comments or questions at director@stephensonlibrary.org ~Ms. Julie, Library Director

This month's Book Club News

Special thanks to the volunteers who are stepping up to help keep Book Clubs going strong!
Upcoming Meetings:

Good luck to Aaron!

Aaron and I are sharing our "Last day."
Now for the really sad for us, but oh so wonderful news that Aaron Spear will be leaving the library world for a full-time job, with his last day being January 7th.  Ms. Julie, Roger and Ms. Eileen are all so grateful for all he has done here at the library.  Aaron has willingly jumped on our sometimes speeding train of change, embracing any task from moving bookcases to cataloguing to 3D printing -- and always with a smile!  I know we will all miss his warm greetings and easy manner.  Please be sure to stop by and wish him well!

We are still listing both Aaron's and Ms. Julie's book clubs, as well as chess club, but please call the library as these events may need to be canceled or postponed, pending staffing changes.
