Incremental Development = Building Strength

Join us for a series of three conversations introducing the principles and how-to for successful Midwestern small-city development projects. The series is designed to be a vital resource offering  specialized insights from experienced developers. Delve  into projects like redevelopment of 1-3 story buildings with less than four units which are residential, commercial or mixed in use, up to the economic gardening finesse needed to fill a 100,000 square foot incubator business center . We assume you care a lot about your community, but do not necessarily know the ins and outs of a development process or the city codes that will impact it.

Through presentations on finance, site selection and code compliance, a frank discussion of disruptive social trends, and networking with local like-minded people, this series is the first step to becoming a small developer yourself or creating a supportive ecosystem for small development in your city. Join the conversation.
