Debut Album: Record Date a Success!

That's a wrap! Pictured above are the jazz champions who helped make my first record date a magical one - 12 songs and 12 hours later, we've got quite the album! I can't wait for everyone to hear this music, and I hope to bring the band to a venue near you in 2017...

I also am proud to debut my new LOGO for http://www.bennybenackjazz.com and all press going forward! I worked closely with a graphic designer to come up with something simple that typifies what I'm all about. Familiarize yourself, as you'll likely be seeing it on a hat or t-shirt soon ;)

Below is info on my band's first two shows of 2017 coming up this Thursday at SMOKE & Saturday at the Django...We'll be playing some new music from the album, and also some old favorites. If you can't join us this week, check my website for upcoming dates, as the plan is to get the band nice & busy in 2017!

Bringing my band back to the basement jazz haute The Django at the Roxy Hotel downtown. Featuring great cocktails and a hip, European vibe, this den is quite the spot for a night on the town.

Two sets from 10:30pm-1:30am.
