Smart Bowen Therapy is a 2nd Generation Bowen Therapy Technique based on the work of the late Thomas Bowen.

The “Bowen Essentials” module, is an introduction to Bowen Therapy, and is open to any person wanting to get a basic understanding of the Bowen Technique. During the two day seminar participants learn about the basic history of Bowen and a series of practical skills that introduce them to the practical application of Bowen Therapy on People.
Module 1 course content includes a range of practical procedures, which can assist a range of muscular skeletal and other problems. This includes a range of moves/procedures for the lower back, upper back, mid back, hamstrings, TFL/ITB, neck, upper abdomen and head- aches, which when put together in a sequence make up a Basic Body Balance for the client.
The “Bowen Essentials” module is an introduction to SMART BOWEN® Therapy that is designed to give participants a feel for Bowen Therapy to enable them to make informed choices about entering a period of study for a career as a professional Bowen Practitioner. Full price is $595.
