Main St Farmers Market operates year-round!
The market will be open from 4:00-5:00 pm every Wednesday, all winter long.
Baked Hashbrowns
For such a simple food, hash browns can be tricky to get just right. This recipe calls for the shredded potatoes to be baked in the oven which takes some of the guess work out of it, and you can use fresh potatoes straight from the farmers market.
Saag Paneer
Saag paneer is a traditional Indian dish, and this recipe is easy to make at home and offers suggestions for substitutions to be made for seasonal availability and to suit your own preferences.

Crabtree Farms: Carrots, Kale, Collards, Mustards, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Arugula, Cauliflower, Radicchio, Bok Choy, Pak Choy, Radishes, Garlic Butternut squash, Popping Corn

Creekridge Farm: All natural pasture raised eggs and our wonderful pork breakfast sausage and other cuts of pork

Fall Creek Farms: Broccoli, cabbages, spinach, Brussels sprouts, kale, red and Yukon gold potatoes, beets, Japanese turnips, winter squashes, sweet potatoes, limited cauliflower, sweet onions

Harvest Roots Ferments: Taking a break from market until the new year because of cabbage season. Lots of fermenting to be done!

Hoe Hop Valley Farm: We got bacon! And other cuts of drug free range pork including chops, breakfast sausage, lard, roasts, and links. Whole roaster pig available. 

Orchard House Creamery: Raw jersey cow’s milk herd shares

Riverview Farms Milling: Cornmeal, grits, and popcorn

Sequatchie Cove Creamery: Artisan Cheeses: Cumberland, Coppinger, Nickajack, Bellamy, and Dancing Fern
