NIRPS news

NIRPS: seeking for habitable planets around the closest stars
The iREx team is leading an international collaboration that is building an infrared spectrograph named NIRPS. This instrument will allow to detect exoplanets around the coldest stars using the velocimetry method.

Echoes from our Solar System

Saturn's north pole 

This breathtaking picture of Saturn's north pole was taken by Cassini in September 2016. The picture features the intriguing hexagon-shaped cloud structure and Saturn's rings.
