IMPROVED CONVERSATIONS IN 2017

We know you are still slogging through all your emails and putting together big plans for 2017, so we wanted to make this tip short and simple.

Here are a few easy steps to be a better conversationalist and communicator:

Listen with the goal of understanding the other person, instead of planning what you’ll say next.
Ask questions. Keep asking. Most people give up too soon.
Ask good questions.
What’s a good question? When you care about the answer.
