Enterprise Adviser Network
January & February 2017
Over the last year, the Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) has published four reports that have helped to shape the careers and enterprise policy landscape and set out how we can best support young people into the world of work.

The reports are:
  • Moments of Choice, which covers the career decision making and information needs of young people
  • Cold Spots, which highlights the need for careers and enterprise activities across LEP geographies
  • Mapping Disengagement, which explores the relative levels of school disengagement amongst students across LEP geographies
  • Effective Employer Mentoring, which portrays the impact of employer mentoring and best practice in its implementation
