Apply for a 2017 VAM Travel Scholarship!
The Society for Vascular Surgery is offering 2 travel scholarship opportunities for the 2017 Vascular Annual Meeting. The fellow/resident/student educational and networking program will be held Wednesday, May 31 through Friday, June 2.

The program provides an excellent opportunity for learners of all levels to meet other learners with similar interests and importantly provides students and residents with the opportunity to meet members and leaders of the vascular surgical community. 



Submit an Abstract for the 2017 Vascular Annual Meeting
Abstracts are now being accepted for the 2017 Vascular Annual Meeting, May 31-June 3, 2017 in San Diego, CA.

Submissions are due January 25, 2017. Authors may submit an abstract for any of the following program types:
  • Plenary
  • Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society (VESS)
  • International Forum
  • International Fast Talk
  • Poster Competition
  • Interactive Poster
  • Basic Research
  • Videos: Plenary and/or “How I Do It”



Apply for 2017 SVS Foundation Research Awards
Student Research Fellowship: The intent of the fellowship award is to further the student’s education and introduce the student to the application of rigorous scientific methods to clinical problems and underlying biologic processes important to patients with vascular disease. 

Resident Research Prize: The Resident Research Prize is designed to provide special recognition of publication-quality original scientific work that has been unpublished in manuscript form.
