New Year's Resolution Workshop
Are you ready to move past the ‘shoulds’ and the perennial New Year’s Resolutions? Research shows that four out of five people don’t follow through and a third don’t even make it to the end of January. Instead, use and what you learned from the past year to move forward with intention, using the knowledge and insight you’ve gained to continue, discard or start some new habits, relationships and actions. In this one hour workshop, Irené Turtle, Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant, will guide you through an exercise to help you do some timely self-reflection, get focused and move forward into 2017 with more than resolutions – an action plan to follow to get the results you want and deserve!
