If you have an on-going bleed or just cannot get to CBS to pick up your product, the Chapter can help you with that. There are some things you need to know about this service:
Please call CBS in advance of calling the office to ensure your order is there. We cannot arrange a pick-up before 10 am and after 1 pm on a week day. The Chapter uses “regular” delivery service which requires a 4 hour window. The courier closes at 5pm.The Chapter member has to be home in that 4 hour window to accept the delivery. A delivery cannot be returned to CBS.
We offer this service not as a convenience for members, but as a help when it’s tough to get your treatments yourself.
