Pima County Attorney and Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce
 Host Press Conference For Coalition Against Retail Theft (CART). 

 
This press conference will introduce CART to the general public and explain the ways in which retailers, law enforcement agencies, and prosecutors are working together to interdict and prosecute repeat shoplifters who make a living from organized retail theft, which is damaging our local businesses and harming our local economy.

Tucson Metro Chamber CEO and President Mr. Varney, who chairs CART, will be the master of ceremonies for the press conference.  He and the County Attorney’s Chief Deputy, Amelia Cramer will make remarks.  Local law enforcement agency leaders, as well as local business leaders, also will be participating in the press conference.
