Hope sat down and answered some questions that I am sure most of you want to know.

 Why the change with Hope's Chest?
The change came because I was tired of being owned by a brick-and-mortar company and decided that I was having a hard time getting out there to market the company. So I thought, "well, what is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and getting the same results." So when this decision came about all of a sudden new opportunities opened up for me and after we already made the decision to close the boutique down and move to a studio and do more intimate fittings. It also allowed for us to launch home shows and train others how to do this.

What's the difference between your Bick-and-mortar and having the studio? What can your customers expect when they come to their appointment?
So I feel like I'll be able to give really outstanding customer service and pay attention to every detail for a customer. My reviews that I already have on Facebook and yelp and google are amazing, so I think this is just the next step forward to over-the-top customer service and offering it to more people.

What is it that makes you the bra fitting expert?
(giggle) I've been told I'm the "bra God", "the bra guru" or the "master bra fitter", my clients alone have sadi I've done magic for them and that I have transformed them instantaneously. I've also done over 4,000 maybe 8,000 to 10,000 fittings, so I pretty much know what I'm doing. I've been doing this for over 7 years and spent 3 1/2 years researching the industry before launching Hope's Chest. So I know the business and I know how every bra fits every woman even with every bra fitting differently. When a woman tells me what she's looking for I am able to give her that support and usually nail it right away. So it's not because I've claimed it myself, it's because of what other people have said about me and my team as well. I've had women kiss me, hug me and tell me I've changed their life. I actually got a phone call from a customer named Carina when we were going to close the boutique and she was crying and saying I changed her life and she couldn't believe that I was closing the boutique. I said, "No, we aren't closing. We are just changing our business model and I'm excited about teaching other women how to do this as a business." I'm also excited about being able to help our clients and meet their needs. There are just so many opportunities to get out there and share what we do and now that we are partnering with peach, which happened after we made the decision to close the boutique. Peach came out of the blue, so it's a perfect fit, perfect match.
