Hello everyone!

Happy New Year and welcome back to Changes after the holiday. We're looking forward to another year of good company, good support and steps towards good mental health. To that end, several of our members have made New Year's resolutions and we've shared them under our Positive Changes button. Do take a look and you might find some inspiration for one of your own.

On the subject of making changes (and that's what we're all about!), we have an article on the link between mental and physical health and some of the habits we can adopt to help both at the same time. Maybe there are some ideas in there you could try?

We appreciate that January can be a tough month. It's cold, wintery and the Christmas spirit has disappeared along with the tinsel and the tree. The reality of the amount you spent on presents can hit home and there's a whole year stretching out ahead of you, looking quite intimidating. Wow - sounds grim!
Blue Monday, supposedly the most miserable day of the year, falls on the 16th this year and once again Changes will be joining many other helpful organisations from across the city to brighten up the Galleries with lots of suggestions for ways to make things better. Click on the button below for more information about the event and do come and say hello if you're passing.
