Weather Update from Fred Crosby:

We have some cold weather coming up. The 0 deg C isotherm at 850mb reaches its most southern point over the peninsula Sunday afternoon, on a line from about Brooksville  across to about Melbourne and the 5 deg C down south of the big lake; the surface hi center during the weekend moves from the mid-west into the Carolinas; the surface pressure gradient remains tight (windy) thru the weekend into Monday morning; boundary layer winds stay up enough to support the relatively strong surface winds, enough so as to prevent any significant inversions near the ground either Sunday morning of Monday morning. National Weather Service numbers indicate some freezing minimum temperatures for Monday morning seem likely north of a line from about Brooksville over to Pierson (my 1st guess).
